Milan, unbeaten for 22 weeks, now aiming for Capello's record

Allegri's Milan are building a season with impressive figures, especially away from "San Siro". With 7 wins and 5 draws, Milan have remained unbeaten in their first 12 away matches, a feat not recorded since the 2004-2005 season. In the five major European championships, only the Rossoneri and Bayern Munich can currently boast this record.
The positive run extends to Serie A, where Milan have built a 22-match unbeaten streak, thanks to 14 wins and 8 draws. Such a run had been missing since the 1992–1993 season, when the team led by Fabio Capello achieved 23 matches without defeat. After the defeat in their debut against Cremonese, the Rossoneri have not stopped.
Milan's strength lies in the balance between defense and attack. So far, the defense has conceded only 17 goals in 23 matches, with an average of 0.7 goals per match. In the offensive department, Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leão are the main scorers, with 8 and 7 goals, respectively. Meanwhile, in midfield, the experience and class of Modrić stand out, who, although at the end of his career, continues to make a difference.
After the 23rd matchday, Milan have accumulated 50 points, a quota reached for only the third time in the era of three points for a win. Compared to last season, the Rossoneri have 15 more points and a 7-point advantage over fifth place.
