Raped by Joz Marku, Edi Kuçit is wanted for failing to report a crime! He denies being attacked by the singer

A day after the Tirana Prosecution requested "prison arrest" for singer Jozefin Marku and his driver Kristjan Nikolli, for the rape of Eduart Kuçi, the police have declared the latter wanted.

It is learned that after the rape near the Rinas overpass, Kuçi did not report the physical attack to the police. The young man from Kosovo reportedly told investigators that it was a simple conflict and just a roadblock.

After verifications, the police have declared Eduart Kuçi wanted for the criminal offense of failing to report a crime.

Regarding the detention of Joz Marku, initially the singer was summoned to appear, but he refused and the police reacted by handcuffing him. After the detention, the singer stated that the origin of the fight is related to the insults that the former resident of "Big Brother VIP Kosovo" made on social networks.

It was also announced that the prosecutor in the case has requested an expert examination of Kuçi's bodily injuries, while the time when the security measure for the singer will be issued has not yet been set.

Joz Marku was arrested by the State Police on Saturday while staying at his friend's apartment. He is charged with the criminal offenses of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty", "Intentional Minor Injury", "Threat", "Unlawful Wearing of Uniform" and "Unfair Interference in Private Life".
