Elderly woman seeks deceased son's seized motorbike: He left it to me

The show "Tak Fak" on Monday's show brought the shocking testimony of a mother, Lule Shamku, who tells the story of her son, Klodi Shamku.

"It was May 27, 2021 when my son, who worked as a pizza delivery boy, was home at 7:15 PM where he had called the mechanic to fix the house gate.

"After they finished, he said, 'Let's have a drink.' And the boy went out to have a drink outside the house with a girl. The police came and took my son to the police station," says mother Lule with tears in her eyes.

Mother Lule says that the police told her that the reason for the arrest was "a fight with the girl she was escorting."

The mother says that after 72 hours, the son was kept inside, but on June 15, the Court of Appeals granted Claude's freedom and after 4 months, the trial took place.

"The boy was found not guilty of the motorcycle, after he had parked it, and guilty of the charge of "resisting law enforcement" and sentenced to 2 weeks in prison," the mother continues the story.

Lulja says that since 2020 he had felt something was wrong, but in January he was brought home dead.

"He had been sick for 3 months. 4 surgeries on his lungs, the last one on his heart. I told him on the phone, but he wouldn't tell me. When I saw him in the hospital, he was on IV fluids," says mother Lule Shamku through tears.

She says that her son left her a bequest, to take his motorcycle.

Lulja requested it at police station no. 4, but they directed her to the Traffic Police Directorate.

"I followed them and there at police station no. 4 they told me to file a request. I presented the death certificate. The appeal gave me the right to have my son's belongings returned to me. But the prosecution dragged me along," says Lule Shamku./ Tak Fak
