It was revealed from wiretaps that he abused a minor, the decision is made for

The Lezha Court has sentenced Simon Gjoka to life imprisonment, who was arrested as a thief but later found to have sexually abused a 13-year-old minor.

His arrest was made on suspicion of several cattle thefts, but after being placed under surveillance, it was discovered that he was communicating with the minor with conversations of a sexual nature. The minor was the daughter of a friendly relationship that Simon Gjoka had with her mother, who was disabled.

The 13-year-old was immediately escorted and questioned in the presence of a psychologist and her mother, who testified that the relationship with the 38-year-old had begun more than a year ago and that they had also had sexual intercourse.

Intimate videos and photos were found on the minor's phone, but the girl also admitted that the 38-year-old had introduced her to other people, and suspicions have been raised that she may have been used by him for prostitution. A forensic expert report and re-interrogation of the minor are awaited to determine whether she was used for prostitution.

If these accusations are proven, it is expected that the case will be escalated to serious crimes. The minor sold candles at the Church of St. Ndout in Lacc, which facilitated the contacts of 38-year-old Simon Gjoka with the minor.
