Sophia Loren's health alarm, family reveals the truth about the cinema icon's condition

Alessandra Mussolini, the granddaughter of the Italian diva, published a video on Instagram, where she denied claims that the actress had been urgently hospitalized.

"There has been a lot of news circulating about my aunt, Sophia Loren, in recent days, and I feel the need to personally reassure you. Aunt Sophia is fine. She is not hospitalized and the news that is being spread is not true," she declared.

According to Mussolini, the 91-year-old actress is at home, calm and continues to maintain the energy and strength that have characterized her throughout her life and career.

"She's at home and feeling very good. She's calm and strong, with that incredible energy that you all know her for," she added.

Sophia Loren has reacted with gratitude to the numerous messages from fans who, concerned by fake news, have expressed their support and love for the cinematographic icon.

"She asked me to convey something very simple, but one that is truly dear to her heart: thank you. Thank you for the love, the messages, the support and the dedication that you have never stopped showing throughout her career," Mussolini said.
