Armed brawl in Tirana, 10 people involved, police arrest some of them

The involvement and circumstances of the conflict between several citizens, around midnight on August 11, on "Gjolekë Kokona" street, Tirana, where a gunshot was fired, have been revealed.

Immediately after the notification that several citizens were involved in a conflict on “Gjolekë Kokona” street, the services of Police Commissariat No. 4 went to the scene to determine the citizens involved in the conflict, their responsibilities, as well as the circumstances of the case.
Following the investigative and procedural actions carried out within the framework of the coded operation “Situation”:

- citizens RZ, 28 years old, were arrested for the criminal offenses "Supporting the perpetrator", "Failing to report a crime" and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons"; KK, 31 years old, for the criminal offenses "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", as well as SF, 24 years old and RF, 34 years old, for the criminal offense "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth";

-4 citizens also involved in the conflict were prosecuted at large for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime";

- Citizens FF, 32 years old, were declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder", attempted, and "Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", and CB, 32 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Failure to Report a Crime" and "Supporting the Author of a Crime".

From the investigative actions so far, it is suspected that the arrested citizen RF has insulted a minor who was processed at large. As a result, the 17-year-old and his friends have physically clashed with the citizen RF, his brother, the citizen SF, and friends of the latter. Then, the minor and his friends went by motorbike to the brothers' apartment, from where it is suspected that their other brother, the citizen declared wanted, FF, has fired a gun at the motorbikes, without harming anyone.

Work is underway to capture the 2 wanted citizens, as well as to document the circumstances of this case with legal evidence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
