Rama gathers mayors in southern Albania today, reason revealed

Prime Minister Edi Rama will hold a surprise meeting with mayors today at 12:00 in one of the bars in the Kuç-Qeparo area, where it is learned that the focus of this meeting will be Territorial Reform.

The meeting is expected to be attended by mayors, and it is learned that the mayors whose municipalities are being merged with the SP's proposal for territorial reform will also be present.

It is learned that the Prime Minister and the heads of local governments will discuss the Territorial Reform and its divisions. It is reported that the first mayors have arrived at the meeting. Full details are expected to be released later.

We recall that Prime Minister Edi Rama will convene the government on August 23 and 24 at the government villa in Pogradec, where the possibility of changes in the government is not ruled out.
