Consumed two types of pesticides, 38-year-old dies in Berat Hospital

A 38-year-old man from Berat has lost his life at the Regional Hospital, after being found in serious condition in his apartment.

The incident occurred in the "Barrikade" neighborhood, where family members found the young man in serious condition and notified the ambulance.

The 38-year-old was transported to the Berat Regional Hospital, where doctors intervened to save his life. Despite the efforts of the medical staff, he was unable to survive and died about two hours later.

According to forensic autopsy data, poisonous substances were found in the victim's body.

The police say that the investigation team is working to fully document the circumstances of the incident. Preliminary examinations have not found any signs of violence on the 38-year-old's body.
