New details have been learned regarding the arrest of Ergys Agas, yesterday evening near the Plepave area in Durrës.

Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that Agasi, who had been wanted since December 16 of last year, since which time he had been living on the run, was staying on the Durrës-Elbasan axis and that he frequently moved between these two cities.

It is learned that when the vehicle driven by Ilir Proda's soldier, Ulian Shpataraku, arrived in the Plepave area, it was surrounded by special operational forces. RENEA was also on standby, but the operation was kept in complete secrecy.

At the moment of arrest, thinking he was facing the Durrës police forces, Agasi objected with inappropriate language, but later, when he realized he was surrounded, he agreed to carry out all the procedures for his arrest.
