The head of the Fire Service resigns

The Director General of the Fire Service, Arben Cara, resigns.

Cara submitted her resignation a day ago and today the dismissal order was signed by the Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari.

The reason for Cara's resignation remains unclear at this time. His departure comes at a time when the country is facing fire situations in several regions.

The Ministry of Defense announced in the balance of the last 24 hours that 25 fires have been reported in the country's territory, most of which have been extinguished.

Currently, five outbreaks remain active, while one area is being monitored.

Despite the extensive damage caused to the forests, fortunately no loss of life has been recorded so far.
