Buzhala after exit polls: Kosovo Albanians decided to maintain the balance of democracy

Journalist Berat Buzhala says that if the exit poll data holds true, then Albanians voted against Albin Kurti's referendum.
This is what Buzhala said in Rubicon:
" If the exit poplets (of Fis, Batoni, UBO) stand, Albanians have voted against Prime Minister Kurti's referendum. Prime Minister Kurti has announced a referendum. The second in command of VV has said 'if you vote for the opposition, you vote for Serbia'."
"This result is a firebrand for populism. Kosovo Albanians have decided to preserve the balance of democracy. Albanians did not show the willingness to have one person take over justice, the courts, the media. If these are the results that will come out of the 'sandaks', then this is fantastic," he said.
