He is one of the most beloved artists of the moment, who has survived the market with a career spanning over 20 years as part of one of the most legendary Albanian groups, "West Side Family", who about 9 months ago challenged himself in another dimension, that of a reality show, to be closer to the public, but also to reveal himself beyond the singer's mantle.
Recently, the finalist of the fifth edition of Big Brother VIP gave an exclusive interview to Bordo Magazine, where he spoke about his experience inside the most famous house in Albania, the most emotional moments and what he gained from this television adventure.
Known to the public as part of the West Side Family group, Miri said that entering Big Brother was an experience that put him in front of himself and the public in the most direct way.
Miri singles out two moments as the most important in his journey in the show:
"The most beautiful moment is the surprise when the girl came. And the next moment is when I met my family in the final. These are the two most beautiful moments I've experienced in there."
He adds that, despite the positive emotions, the journey has not been easy, emphasizing that there have been many difficult moments throughout his stay in the game.
An important part of the interview was also the role of his wife, whom he calls his "greatest support."
"I discussed with her before I entered how my life could go in the Big. When I left I realized how much she had analyzed my game outside as well. She has played a very important role and has supported me in an extraordinary way."
According to him, she has managed to understand and interpret his game more accurately than even some of the public commentators.
Asked about his relationship with columnist Monika and the comments that she sided with him, Miri explained:
"I don't think it was a friendship issue. She spoke up when she felt she needed to defend me and criticized me when she felt it was appropriate. It was a fair approach to my game."
Miri admits that he felt judged throughout the experience, but emphasizes that some of the comments affected him more than others:
"It has touched me when I have been judged for things I did not do. When perception becomes stronger than the truth, it hurts."
In the end, the singer sums up the experience as a great life lesson:
"I have gained respect for a large part of Albanian society that seeks a more humane, calmer and more loving image on television. I have learned to appreciate people more and leave behind conflicts that are just part of the game."
