After being questioned by Spak, businessman Gentjan Sula requested the return of the seized cell phone.
Sources indicate that the BKH seized the phone as part of the ongoing investigations into the Mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj, for 4 criminal offenses.
He has opposed this action and it is expected that on Monday, Judge Ardit Mustafaj will review the request, as the businessman considers it an illegal action.
According to sources, Sula has provided explanations about the trips with the Mayor and also about the construction permits they have received from the Municipality of Tirana.
The prosecution is continuing intensive investigations into the Mayor's family and has so far collected some material evidence, both in the apartment in the 'Kodra e Diellit' area and in Ajola Xoxa's business.
