DP holds protest today/ Police publish measures, here are the roads where traffic will be restricted

The State Police has taken special measures to guarantee order and security during the rally that is expected to take place today at 6:00 PM, in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Tirana.

In accordance with the law "On Gatherings", restrictions have also been imposed on the circulation of vehicles on several main axes of the capital. Specifically, from 09:30 until the end of the gathering, the "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard will be blocked, from the Bridge to the intersection with "Ismail Qemali" street.

Meanwhile, from 3:00 PM onwards, traffic will also be restricted on “Free Ukraine”, “Papa John Paul II” and “Ismail Qemali” streets. Authorities emphasize that, depending on the situation and the development of the rally, there may be restrictions on other road axes as well.

To avoid congestion, the police have planned to divert traffic to alternative routes and call on citizens to show understanding for these temporary measures.

The State Police also appeals to citizens to maintain distance and avoid any action that may violate public order and safety during the rally.
