Tensions in the Parliament, analyst Lapardhaja: There are people without level

Today's incidents in the Parliament (February 13), where initially the DP MP, Petrit Doda and then Flamur Noka attempted to hit Minister Taulant Balla and the Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali, with a microphone and a water bottle, has led to the temporary closure of the parliamentary session.

But what does political scientist and analyst Namir Lapardhaja think about this situation of political chaos in the Parliament's rostrum?

Invited to the Report TV studio, while watching the footage, he said that this is another political game for the next bargaining between the DP and the SP.

According to him, Berisha is using it, taking advantage of the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj, to ask Rama to solve the ' big problem ' or the ' SPAK elephant '.

" I don't know why they use these kinds of public schemes. But it seems that they want to irritate the nerves of militants or a small part of society, but the majority of society does not agree with these scenes. The opposition and the position are close to the elections and these kinds of conflicts are useless in my opinion. This kind of opposition of Berisha is not the first time he has done it. But it seems that they are looking for another bargain with Rama and with this scheme, the higher it is, the higher the bargain. We will hear the cry. In the case of the municipality of Tirana, perhaps they are looking for an alliance or agreement, to come together against the Special Prosecution Office ", said Lapardhaja. Asked why this path should be chosen by the deputies, where their health is also at risk from attempts to cause physical harm, the analyst said:

" It's not the first time, I said it. The last two years this has happened, they have created tensions in Parliament and then they have made a bargain. This comes after two days of the Electoral Reform Commission without any further discussion, where Berisha has also requested the vote of everyone in the Diaspora, but on the other side they have made an agreement and voted for the government's request. Now they say come on, we have the same problem, what are we going to do with SPAK. This is their common problem. Or what Rama once said that they would not discuss the decisions of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office and since the arrest of the mayor, the narrative has changed. Sali has become Rama and Rama Sali. They are worried that the elephant has entered and they are asking what they should do ," he explains.

As for the incidents in Parliament, he pointed out that there are people in the Assembly who are not up to par, below average, and who are trying to catch the attention of the Speaker to be included in the lists for deputies.

" Violence is committed by people who have run out of words and arguments. There are people with no intellectual level and level, people below average, no one even knows them on the lists of deputies. The one who wanted to hit, the belt, I don't know why and what it represents. It is a mentality that stems from violence, the more violence against the opponent, the higher you rise in the hierarchy, they have become ministers, we have seen them. There are deputies who never talk about their areas, about the problems of citizens and now they go out there and take out their belt in Parliament. They seem to need attention, to see Berisha there and say yes, you will become a deputy. Rama has also given Berisha the opportunity with the closed lists. How will these people manage to gain Berisha's trust, they will only gain it through these scenes ", concluded the analyst.
