Ingredients :
1 head of broccoli
2 carrots
1 small onion
4 eggs
150 g white cheese
100 g cottage cheese
200 ml milk
1 tablespoon flour
Salt, pepper, oregano
A little olive oil for greasing the pan
Preparation :
Divide the broccoli into florets, while grate the carrots and onion. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Place in the pan, adding a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
