Ingredients :
400 g minced meat
2 red peppers
2 ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
200 g cottage cheese or white cheese
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon flour
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown. Add the finely chopped peppers and fry for a few minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the excess liquid evaporates. Meanwhile, in another pan, heat a little oil and add the flour, stirring quickly so that it does not stick. Add the crumbled cheese or cottage cheese and mix until it becomes a creamy mass.
Add this mixture to the meat and vegetables, mixing well to combine the flavors. Finally, pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, until a light crust forms on the surface.
