Cheesecake in 5 minutes

Ingredients :

250 gr pasta
200 gr cheese of your choice
3 eggs
250 ml milk
50 gr butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Crumble the white cheese or kaçkavall and mix with the drained pasta. Add half of the butter, cut into small pieces.

Grease a baking dish with the remaining butter and arrange the macaroni and cheese. Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and lightly browned.
