Discipline punishes Elbasan for flares and choirs, Tirana and Vllaznia are fined

The Disciplinary Committee has made decisions for the final week of Albanian football.
For the incorrect behavior of the "ultras" fan group, hurling insults, throwing flares and hitting the opposing fans with objects, the Elbasan club has been fined 100,000 lekë, while Tirana and Vllaznia from the Superiore have also been fined.
Both clubs have been fined 50,000 lek.
On the other hand, Skander Tahri, who also plays for Partizan's first team, has been suspended for 4 matches for unsportsmanlike conduct in the U-19 team's challenge.
DECISIONS
KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
KF Tirana, for improper behavior of spectators, by using offensive chants against the opposing team and fans, based on article 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices as well as using offensive chants against the opposing team and fans, based on articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë.
The player of FK Erzeni, Elvis Gjoni, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
KF Egnatia U-21, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-21 championship, against FC Dinamo City U-21, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
The official of FK Partizani U-19, Florian Ristani, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
FK Partizani U-19 player, Skander Tahri, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to a 4 (four) match suspension.
