Violence against Fabjol Hysi in Lushnja/ Justice releases 17-year-old Korreshi, minor: I was not present

A few days ago, a video with violent content was shared on social networks, coming from the city of Lushnja.
Security cameras at a downtown business show two people brutally beating a third person lying on the ground. The incident had actually been reported and reported by the media before this video was released.
The two aggressors were 20-year-old Irdi Nasufi and 17-year-old Enea Korreshi, while the victim of the attack was 44-year-old Fabjol Hysi, a person with disabilities and communication disabilities, or in short, deaf-mute.
The video shows the moment when the two young men approach Hysi with an unfriendly approach, and after a few moments, the 20-year-old hits him with punches and kicks. As the 44-year-old tries to defend himself and retreats trying to escape, Irdi Nasufi grabs something hard and hits him, damaging his head. Then it is the 17-year-old's turn to mercilessly kick a person who, judging by his age, could be his father. A few minutes later, a family relative found the 44-year-old lying on the ground and then notified the city police and the ambulance.
As a result of this unprecedented aggression, the 44-year-old suffered skull fractures and brain hemorrhage, being urgently taken to the University Trauma Hospital in the city of Tirana. In connection with this event, the Fier Court set the security measure "arrest in prison" for 20-year-old Irdi Nasufi, while deemed sufficient the obligation to appear "for 17-year-old Enea Korreshi, claiming that we are dealing with a minor.
In the testimony given to the police, the two aggressors claim that on the evening of March 20 they exchanged words with Fabjol Hysa, whom they knew before. According to them, the 44-year-old offended them. As much as a person who does not speak can be offended. Initially, the two perpetrators claim that they started to joke with him, but Fabjol Hysa offended them and they punched him. This is, in short, the dynamics of the event according to the two boys, in whose homes the situations are completely different.

The mother of the 20-year-old, now in prison, has experienced what happened very badly, and this is clearly seen in every word she says. What happened seems to have fallen like a bomb on these two parents, who are now begging for forgiveness for their son's actions. While this mother demonstrates her pain and apologizes for her son's actions towards an innocent victim, a few meters away, the relatives of 17-year-old Enea Korreshi, who is at large, seem to have only one concern... The spiritual peace of their son, who mercilessly massacred a disabled person. The minor's family members blame the media for all the public information, accusing them of transforming information, in fact, it is not the media but the security cameras that clearly show the dynamics of an incessant violence.
While the Piranhas are talking to their family, the 17-year-old appears in front of them, who immediately denies being involved in the aggression against the 44-year-old. Despite the fact that the images are very clear, his mother interrupts the conversation. Saying that the boy is a minor and justice has judged him to be free.
No apology, no feeling of regret, no attempt to contact the family of the victim, who is still in the hospital under the observation of doctors and the mother who is not separated from him for a moment. Fabjol Hysi, who in addition to the inability to communicate was also hit with this blow that may have consequences in the future, is demanding justice, which at least until now seems not to be happening.
