An accident occurred near the village of Bulgarec.
According to preliminary information, provided by journalist Dhorjela Çule, a vehicle is reported to have hit a pedestrian, who is being transported to the Korça hospital.
"Around 17:40, on the "Maliq-Korça" road axis, in the village of Bulgarec, an unidentified vehicle hit a pedestrian, a SQ citizen, about 65 years old, resident of Bulgarec ," the police announced.
The vehicle that hit the pedestrian is reported to have fled the scene.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to identify the vehicle and its driver, apprehend and arrest the perpetrator of the accident, and determine the circumstances and cause of the accident.
