A father and son have been declared wanted by the Lezha Police, after they allegedly injured a 31-year-old man with a gun after a conflict over weak motives in the village of Manati.
B. Gj., alias BV, 47 years old, and his son AV, 23 years old, residents of the village of Tresh, Lezha, are wanted.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon, around 1:10 p.m. According to the investigation, during a conflict with 31-year-old DP, a resident of Lezha, the two suspects fired at him.
Sources say that security cameras captured the moment of the conflict, where the three people are suspected of initially engaging in a physical altercation. Then, one of them fired a gun at Pikuli, leaving him injured.
After the incident, the two suspects fled in a Volkswagen. Police were able to trace the vehicle's movements to Shenkoll in Lezha, while security camera footage from businesses along the Lezha-Laç highway was seized, in order to document the route taken after leaving the scene.
Meanwhile, Daniel Pikuli continues to be under the care of doctors and, due to his still unstable health condition, has not given his statement to the investigative group.
