The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, announced in a post on social networks that he has filed a complaint with SPAK against the Mayor of Fier, Majlinda Bufi, and the Deputy Prime Minister, also Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku.
Bardhi writes that both of these allowed the construction of the Roskivec TPP in violation of the law.
The acts of violation of the law by Majlinda Bufi are not over! Every day, evidence emerges that Majlinda Bufi and Belinda Balluku do not prioritize the interests of citizens, but only their personal interests. All evidence of flagrant violation of the law in this case discovered by the investigation of the show "Piranjat" will be filed on Monday with SPAK.
I very much hope that the special prosecution will punish with the force of law the flagrant abuse of the law and the intentional harm to the interests of citizens.
