Prime Minister Rama, in a statement to the media with the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, in Luxembourg, stated that Albania is committed to fulfilling its obligations and closing all negotiations by 2027.
Edi Rama: I am pleased to be here with the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, whose wisdom towards our country and region is something I greatly appreciate.
It is a good day for us that we have another conference and we open other chapters, while with the President I am very grateful for the time he has dedicated to me to have a conversation about the progress we are making in this process but also the upcoming Summit of the European Political Committee, which is a very important activity, and we will talk about the region to which the President is particularly committed.
There is much to discuss, but I am very encouraged by these developments and we are extremely committed to fulfilling all calendar obligations, and to closing all negotiations by 2027.
