Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a meeting with young people in Kamëz, spoke about the benefits that Albania will have if it joins the European Union.

The head of government stated that in these elections, citizens, and especially young people, should not only simply do their duty to vote, but they should also vote for a person who is currently undecided.

There was one piece of advice for all the girls:

"As for the girls who are here, who have sympathizers or lovers who are of other beliefs, you have to put a condition on them. You have to say, I like you, I love you, but with equal status with any foreigner, otherwise... I love you as a European citizen, not just a scoundrel. What I expect from you is to come with me and vote like me. Let him be as handsome as he wants, let him be whatever he wants, but can he fight with a boy who throws himself into a swamp on May 11?! What do you want," said Prime Minister Rama with a touch of humor.

Edi Rama: What does Albania gain from the EU? First, much more security, today the world is no longer as safe as it was. Today the war is not black and white like in the movies, but today the war is on the border with Europe and security is a higher priority than it was yesterday. And better with them there, than outside. Second, the EU means extra support for countries like us. When countries enter the EU there are two categories, beneficiaries and contributors, contributors are those who are the strongest, most developed and beneficiaries are the smallest like us. The EU has supported us with 1 billion euros of these 90% loans, soft loans, but loans. With entry into the EU we receive something more than 1 billion euros every year and 90% is grand, forgiven.

EU youth programs, financial support, for young people in rural areas, for young people who have problems with poverty, the support is extraordinary.
