The inglorious end of the Tepelenë-Gjirokastër-Sarandë drug trafficking group, how they collaborated with the police and invested in real estate

In a short time they had been able to amass fabulous, unjustified wealth.
But they also lived a life of unredeemed luxury, until one day everything seemed to fall apart and they ended up behind bars, where they are today.
Perhaps due to certain circumstances, their lives could have followed a more normal course, but that would have been the case if it weren't for the Sky Ecc app, which once again sank them like any criminal group that had entrusted its activities to this very platform.
This seems to be the inglorious end of the drug trafficking group that operated on the Tepelena-Gjirokastër-Saranda axis, throughout the years 2018-2021.
Who not only managed to plant endless hectares of cannabis in this area of Albania, but also to send tons of narcotics towards Greece.
It turns out that state police officers also had a hand in this illegal activity, and it turns out that they were in full service of the leaders of this group. A group whose internal conflicts would later lead not only to its dismantling, but also to a savage war within the group that would culminate in several sensational executions.
But who are the heads of the drug trafficking group in southern Albania and the police officers who had returned to their police station not only in the city, but also on the main axes connecting the area?
How did they take advantage of the pandemic period to transport tons of cannabis from Albania to Greece? But also to other countries in the European Union, even to Spain.
And what are the episodes of this trafficking, broken down through the conversations they had on Sky Ecc, that led law enforcement authorities in Albania, assisted by their Europol partners, to identify and then arrest them.
Where so far, 90 movable and immovable assets have been seized on behalf of this criminal group, based on the illegal profits derived from this drug trafficking. Assets that were in the names of Kristo Qiric, Eldjon Alushaj, or indirectly hidden in other names of their family members or close associates.
Four police officers were also involved in this activity, Ervis Alisinanaj, acting chief of crimes at the Lushnja police, Erdit Hazizaj, who was dismissed from the State Police in 2022, Shkëlzen Ruska, head of the Crime Investigation Section at the Himara Police Station, and Elvis Dervishi, head of the Saranda Border Police Station.

Procedim që u regjistrua në shtator të vitit 2022, për veprat penale ‘Trafikimi i narkotikëve’, i kryer në formën e veçantë të bashkëpunimit, atij të grupit të struktuar kriminal.
Ku krahas grupit shqiptar të narkotrafikut del se bashkëpunëtorë në këtë aktivitet kriminal ishin dhe shtetas të huaj.
Ndërsa trafiku i drogës, është kryer jo vetëm nga Shqipëria drejt Greqisë por edhe në drejtim të Gjermanisë, Hollandës dhe Spanjës.
Por që paratë investoheshin kryesisht në Shqipëri.
Ku koka të këtij grupi sipas SPAK kanë rezultuar të jenë Kristo Qirici, i cili mban edhe emrat Jetmir Hoxha apo Jetmir Qirici.
Si dhe Eldjon Alushaj, me emrin e dytë Kosta Alushaj.
Shtetas shqiptarë dhe të huaj janë organizuar në një grup të strukturuar kriminal dhe gjatë vitit 2019 dhe në vazhdim kanë trafikuar sasi të konsiderueshme të lëndëve narkotike nga Amerika Latine në drejtim të Evropës, me qëllim shpërndarjen në vendet e BE-së.
Nga ku del se lënda narkotike e llojit ‘cannabis sativa’ kultivohej prej këtij grupi kriminal në territorin e Shqipërisë. Dhe bashkëpunonin ose komunikonin edhe me persona të punësuar pranë agjencive të zbatimit të ligjit në Shqipëri. Grup i cili njëkohësisht ka qenë aktiv në Shqipëri, Spanjë, Greqi, etj.
Para të cilat më pas i investonin në blerjen e pasurive të luajtshme dhe të paluajtshme apo në aktivitete ekonomike të ndryshme. Po për të kuptuar se si funksiononte ky grup dhe komisarët e tyre të policisë është me interes të ndjekim disa nga këto episode të trafikut të lëndëve narkotike dhe bisedat që ata zhvilluan midis tyre në platformën Sky Ecc përgjatë vitit 2020 dhe 2021.
Ku një nga këto episode është edhe ai i sekuestrimit të një sasie prej rreth 1.2 ton lëndë narkotike më datë 7 Mars 2020 në Greqi.Drogë e cila rezulton se kishte kaluar nëpërmjet pikës kufitare të Qafë Botës në Sarandë në po njëjtën ditë.
E kamufluar brenda një ruloti ku drejtuesi dhe pasagjerja ishin shtirur si turistë ditorë italianë që po kalonin tranzit nga Shqipëria për në Greqi.
Ku nga transkriptet e bisedave të zbërthyera në Sky Ecc të sjella nga Ministria e Drejtësisë greke në drejtim të asaj shqiptare, del se personat e interesuar direkt për këtë ngarkesë ishin Kristo Qirici, alias Jetmir Qirici apo Hoxha.
Që rezulton të jetë vëllai i Edmond Papës, biznesmenit nga Saranda i cili u ekzekutua në Tiranë më datë 16 Dhjetor 2022. Papa i cili në fundin e vitit 2019 ishte regjistruar, si person fizik me veprimtari ‘Hotel, bar kafe, import-eksport të artikujve industriale, stacion plazhi’, me vend të ushtrimit të aktivitetit, qytetin e Sarandës.
