Mysterious murder of Palestinian woman in Tirana/ Friends of 24-year-old speak out: She divorced her husband due to violence, here's the reason for her trip to Albania

New details emerge regarding 24-year-old Palestinian woman, Rayyan Alwan, who was found dead in February of this year in a daily rental apartment in Tirana.
Friends of the 24-year-old Palestinian woman spoke to News 24 and revealed more about the unfortunate 24-year-old's life.
According to them, the 24-year-old was a mother of two children and was divorced from her husband, after he abused and raped her.
The unfortunate journey that led to her departure from this world seems to have started with a mother's desire to meet her two children who, after the divorce, lived with their father, as required by Lebanese law.
A few days ago, it was learned that the 24-year-old could be buried in Albania, as none of her relatives have submitted a request to the authorities to retrieve the young woman's body to accompany her to her final resting place.
Police sources said that the girl's relatives were informed through contact officers, but none of them have submitted a request or interest in retrieving the body.
The victim continues to be held in the Tirana morgue and if, within the legal deadlines, she is not claimed by family or relatives, she will be buried in Tirana.
Rayyan and Fadi Alwan arrived in Rinas on February 19 and settled in a rented apartment on Gjon Muzaka Street in the capital.
According to investigators, after Fadi Alwan killed the 24-year-old with several stab wounds on February 22, he left Albania for Greece and from there to Amsterdam.
He is suspected of having fled to Lebanon and has not yet been arrested.
The 24-year-old's body was found by the owner of the apartment, 5 days after the suspected perpetrator had left the country.
It was initially reported that the husband had killed the wife, but investigations revealed that Rayyan Alwan had been killed by her father.
Fadi Alwan is currently one of the most wanted names for murder, while the police are continuing their investigation.
