Nightclub tragedy: peaceful march held in Kocani for victims

Parents and relatives of the victims of the fire at the "Pulse" discotheque, through a peaceful march under the motto "March for the Angels", demanded justice amidst pain and tears.

The peaceful march started at the shopping center, and from there to the Kocani municipality building, the police station, and finally to the basic court and prosecutor's office.

Relatives present also brought photographs of their loved ones who lost their lives in the March 16 tragedy.

All suspects are accused of causing serious offenses against general security, which carry prison sentences of 3 to 20 years, while one person, on the other hand, is accused of the criminal offense of accepting a bribe.

This is about an employee at the Ministry of Economy who, in exchange for money, enabled the discotheque to operate with a forged license.

The 60th victim of the fire also passed away yesterday, after health authorities announced that Aleksandar Karadakovski, who was being treated in Lithuania, succumbed to his injuries.

Karadakovski was a manager at the "Puls" discotheque, where he also worked as a bartender, and he was one of the 34 people involved in the investigation into the causes of the fire.
