I am writing to you anonymously to denounce the serious corruption and abuse of power involving the former Director of the Durres Tax Branch, Ina Bello, and businessman Ergys Agasi. I am providing this information because I fear for my safety and that of my family, as I have witnessed these events while working for the government.

Claims:

 1. Abuse of office and illegal fines: During her time as director, Ina Bello systematically fined businesses without legal or factual grounds. Even businesses that were completely in order and had paid all their obligations were punished. There was a clear pattern of selective enforcement, where businesses affiliated with the opposition (specifically the Democratic Party) were fined much more heavily and more frequently than others.
2. Connection to Ergys Agasi: Based on confidential information I received during my work, Ina Bello did not earn her position on the basis of merit. She was appointed as director directly by businessman Ergys Agasi. In return, the money collected from these fabricated fines did not go to the state, but was most likely shared directly with Ergys Agasi.

3. Resignation and Obstruction of Justice: It is no coincidence that Ina Bello resigned immediately after the government moved to arrest Ergys Agas. She tried to cut ties with him to avoid getting involved in his legal troubles. However, I am convinced that the truth is preserved in their communications.

I am sure that the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) will be able to decipher their messages and telephone communications to prove the direct link between the fines issued, the financial bribes, and the instructions given by Agasi to Bello.
