Details emerge from the closed-door hearing on the security measures of Fatjon Kalluçi, head of the Scientific Police laboratory, and Embro Sulejmani, the head waiter of a bar near the government villas in Durrës that was regularly frequented by the much-wanted justice Ergys Agasi. Sulejmani has admitted to knowing Agasi, but denies having committed a criminal offense

"I have known Ergys Agas for many years, he has been a regular customer of the bar where I work as a head waiter. We are from the same area and this acquaintance was years before he was announced as wanted. I have had contacts related to work. He used to reserve a table and ask me to serve him, as happens everywhere, I don't think I committed any crime."

Sulejmani's defense has raised the claim that the restrictive measure of house arrest is inappropriate. Among the arguments, it has emphasized that a waiter can serve many people who have problems with justice, but this does not constitute a reason for the charge of supporting the perpetrator of the crime. Another argument stated by the defense was the fact that "it is unreasonable that the director of SHISH, who is accused of two criminal offenses, one of them the same as Sulejmani, is in a more lenient measure, while the waiter of a bar who served soup and food is in prison."

But on the other hand, SPAK claims that there is various evidence that raises reasonable suspicion that Sulejmani, being aware of the fact that Ergys Agasi was wanted, was constantly active in actions that support the perpetrator of a crime to escape justice. It also remains unclear so far who were the people who accompanied Agasi to the "fugitive shelter", or whether there were high-ranking political and police officials with whom he met, as public denunciations have been raised that have even reached the name of the prime minister.

Meanwhile, the Chief of the Scientific Police, Fatjon Kalluçi, did not provide explanations but gave a warning to the lawyer who requested a more lenient security measure. Kalluçi is accused of leaking investigative secrets, after sending Ergys Agas, who was on the run, 3 photos of the expert report of the vehicle that was seized during the investigations into the ALSHI file. The above-mentioned pair were left in prison, while Vlora Hyseni was under house arrest, while she was suspended after being dismissed from her post by presidential decree. During the session to assess the security measure for the chief agent on Thursday, prosecutors mentioned the attack she made on journalists at the entrance to the court, reminding her that such statements constitute similar actions for which she is officially suspected./Syri
