Ergys Agasi arrives at the Special Court, is informed today about the security measures

Ergys Agasi has arrived at the premises of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, where a hearing on the security measure against him will take place.

Agasi appeared in court accompanied by numerous security forces. His lawyer, Maks Haxhia, had also arrived earlier.

Agas was previously placed under the security measure of "prison arrest" in absentia, while he was declared wanted.

In today's session, the court will review the security measure imposed on him. At this stage, the court's decision is related to the security measure and does not determine Agas' guilt or innocence.

The security measure may be challenged and reassessed during the course of the process, while criminal liability will be determined based on the evidence and the court's assessment.
