Security measure against Ergys Agas is issued today, his lawyer arrives at the Special Court

Ergys Agas's lawyer, Maks Haxhia, arrived this Friday at the premises of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), where a hearing on the security measure against his client is expected to take place.

Ergys Agasi faces the security measure "prison arrest", previously imposed in absentia. Agasi has been declared wanted, and today the court will review the security measure imposed on him.

At this stage, the court will assess the conditions for the continuation of the security measure. The decision does not determine Agas' guilt or innocence, while the security measure does not constitute a sentence.

The security measure may be challenged and reassessed during the course of the proceedings, depending on the circumstances and developments of the case. Criminal liability will be determined during the course of the judicial process, based on the evidence and the court's assessment.
