Lamallari and Hita gather regional police chiefs in Tirana, messages revealed

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Besfort Lamallari, and the Director General of the State Police, Skënder Hita, gathered this Friday the chief police officers of the country's 12 regions and left a message for improving service to citizens.

According to what the minister wrote, the focus of the meeting was service to citizens and their trust in State Police employees.  

"With the local leaders of the State Police in a meeting focused on service to citizens, their perception and trust built based on professionalism, ethics and quick and fair response to complaints, concerns and requests for information.

"Ethics is the minimum, quality, fast and legal service is what citizens expect and deserve," writes the Minister of Internal Affairs, Besfort Lamallari.
