You can't be an angel if you protect the devil...
Edi Rama appeared in the weekly communication angry because, according to him, the book "The Albanian files" has been misunderstood by people who are malicious towards him or towards the future of Albania. First, that there are people who do not like the prime minister, is the most normal thing in a democratic country. Second, acting as if he is affected, even believing that those who do not like him are anti-Albanians, is a diabolical defense to divert the essence of the debate from what the book presents with the architectural projects of the Albanian space.
First of all, Rama must explain this "strange coincidence", that the projects applied after the change in the law on protected areas were made two-three years before this law was changed? How is it possible that very expensive world architects design in areas where there was no knowledge of development? This "coincidence" can only be a consequence of the knowledge of the businesses associated with these architectural offices about the "will" of the Government to change the law that prohibited investment in these areas.
Meanwhile, even more serious, in terms of democratic thinking, is the fact that with full knowledge Rama is treated by architects as a "king", implying that they are convinced that only his desire exists in this country. Rama has edited the publication and has presented this book at international meetings, implying that he completely agrees with the way they write it, without fearing from anyone that this may prevent the projects from being realized.
Rama's claim that he wrote the book's editorial without reading the material is a ridiculous claim. Even more ridiculous is to say that the Dutch architect's writing is self-irony, as Rama wanted to present it to us.
In what architectural style is the self-irony depicted? Why should the author engage in self-irony when in fact the "king" could only be Rama, who had the power to change the law? The change in the law on protected areas, which "coincidentally" occurred two or three years after the book was published, refutes any alibi.
The only "self-irony" is with Rama himself, who as the "king" sees that the algorithm has stolen his "crown".
In this process, Rama, who has defended "himself as king", all of Rama's devilry cannot be hidden behind any angel who interviews himself on his prime ministerial podcast, publicly declaring his surprise as to why Albanians no longer trust him as their king. /Alfapress.al
