A chain accident, involving several vehicles, was recorded today in the city of Vlora, in the Transbalkanika area.
Sources indicate that a black Mercedes Benz ML vehicle disobeyed a stop order at a police checkpoint, attempting to escape at high speed.
In an attempt to avoid being stopped, the vehicle crashed into several vehicles, including a Prison Police vehicle, which it drove off the road.
The collision was severe, also causing damage to a lighting pole, which was hit by the vehicle in question.
The accident has caused panic and temporarily blocked traffic in the busy Transbalkanika area.
