SPAK arrests former director of Vlora pre-trial detention center, clashed with Minister Hoxha last year

The former director of the Vlora pre-trial detention center, Zambak Gjoni, was arrested two days ago by order of SPAK.
The news was only learned by the media today, when the Special Court reconfirmed the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" against him.
Sources indicate that SPAK prosecutor Bledar Maksuti has filed charges against him for interference in computer systems.
The Special Prosecution Office and the Police have not issued any announcements on this case, and the defense of the arrested person is reluctant to provide details.
Also, today the GJKKO has made the decision to prohibit the publication in the media of the acts of the file against Zambak Gjoni, a fact that gives more importance to his arrest.
Last year, Zambak Gjoni filed a complaint with SPAK against the current Minister of Interior Ervin Hoxha for the criminal offense of "abuse of office" related to an unauthorized construction in Shkodra.
He claimed that organized crime entities had intervened at the IKMT, which was headed by Hoxha at the time, to prevent the building from being demolished. Gjoni had until recently been the director of inspections at this inspectorate.
