It is revealed how much Rolando Maran's salary will be as head of Albania

Rolando Maran will be one of the highest-paid coaches in the history of the red and black bench, as the Italian technician is expected to earn around 400 thousand euros per season in charge of the National Team, according to reports accompanying his agreement with the Albanian Football Federation.
Maran has signed a two-year contract, linking him with the Rossoneri until 2028, in a project that aims to continue and consolidate the results of the national team. His appointment has been confirmed by Italian media, which have announced that the former coach of teams such as Catania, Chievo, Cagliari and Genoa has already started his first adventure at national level.
With a salary of 400,000 euros per year, the Italian is among the technicians with significant contracts in Albanian football, although still far from the standards of coaches of elite European national teams. In total, the two-year agreement could reach a value of 800,000 euros, not including potential bonuses linked to sporting objectives.
For the federation, investing in Maran is seen as a choice for the experience and expertise that the Italian has built up in more than two decades on the benches of Italian football. The 62-year-old technician comes after a long career in Serie A and Serie B, while for the first time he will try himself in charge of a national team.
