Lawyers boycott, next session of the "Partizani" file fails

The lawyers' boycott due to the Special Court's regulations became the reason for the failure of the court session in the "Partizani" case.

None of the defendants' lawyers in the trial were in the courtroom and the request for adjournment was justified by the Bar Association's decision to boycott.

The failure of the session also made it impossible to question the 3 witnesses who were in court, one of whom was former general Vladimir Qirjazi.

While the hearing was adjourned due to the absence of lawyers, who object to their not being allowed to have phones in the courtroom, it was noticed that all three members of the panel were carrying their cell phones with them.

According to the regulations, even judges are not allowed to carry phones.
