Boycott of 'Electoral' and 'Territorial' by the DP, Spaho: Self-destructive behavior, Berisha should be held responsible for the cancer that has gripped the party

Former DP MP Edmond Spaho has criticized the Democratic Party for boycotting the Electoral and Territorial Reform Commission. Spaho writes that abandoning the commissions is more serious than burning mandates and not participating in the electoral process.
"It's unfortunate that the DP doesn't learn or doesn't want to learn from its history.
The boycott of the territorial reform in 2014 is the beginning of the decline and the main mistake of the last 13 years in opposition, even more serious than the burning of mandates and non-participation in local elections.
The non-participation in the territorial reform in 2014 allowed the SP to shape the territorial division in function of its electoral strategy. Since then, the DP has not won any local or general elections.
The DP has the opportunity to correct this serious political blunder to some extent, with the current agreement with the SP to review the territorial reform. The review of the territorial reform has been and remains the most permanent demand of the DP during its 13 years in opposition.
The DP refuses to participate and starts playing stale games that have never yielded results.
"This political behavior is self-destructive and for this the Party Chairman is primarily responsible, who still does not accept that the boycott and the road are the cancer that has gripped the DP since its creation and that are taking it out of the system ," writes Edmond Spaho.
