The Durrës Court has reportedly ordered a 45-day "prison arrest" for the sons of the owner of the Golem hotel who raped the 18-year-old waiter. Media sources indicate that Florian Habilaj and Enold Dragoti will spend 45 days behind bars. It is reported that the pair are accused of the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".
It is also reported that a court hearing will be held today at noon for 47-year-old Melison Nela, who attempted to take revenge for the rape of his nephew, the waiter at the business owned by the Habilaj family in Golem.
As we reported last weekend, the serious incident of violence against the 18-year-old waiter was only discovered at the moment of the arrest of his uncle, whom the Kavaja officers arrested in flagrante delicto with an automatic rifle in his hand, thus avoiding the tragedy that could have happened in the Habilaj family business.
Upon learning of the rape of his nephew by the owners of the business where he was employed as a waiter, Melison Nela prepared for revenge by attempting to take the life of the people who took his 18-year-old nephew to the hospital. The rape of the latter occurred for financial reasons, as the waiter allegedly had argued with his owners over non-payment for work performed. The latter, the owner's son Florian Habilaj and his friend Enold Dragoti raped the young man, leaving him with severe wounds on his body, an event for which he ended up in the hospital.
Fortunately, on Saturday, the police services intervened immediately, stopping the vehicle driven by Melison Nela near the hotel. During the search of the vehicle, in a backpack, the police services found an automatic firearm, a Kalashnikov, 3 magazines and 84 live ammunition. Meanwhile, the 47-year-old was put in handcuffs and is expected to face the black squads today, where he will be informed of the charges.
