The Minister of State for Parliamentary Relations, Erjona Ismaili, announced today her resignation from the position of co-chair of the Socialist Party in the Vlora branch, a position she had held for 1 year and 3 months.

Through a message published on social networks, Ismaili explained that this decision comes within the framework of the final phase of the reorganization of the Socialist Party's structures, with the aim of paving the way for the democratic process of selecting new leaders in Vlora.

She described the leadership of this branch as a great privilege and responsibility entrusted to her by the party chairman, Edi Rama, while underlining that she has tried to exercise this duty with dedication, correctness and integrity.

 

At the conclusion of her statement, Minister Ismaili expressed her gratitude to other socialist members, leaders and collaborators for the support provided during this period, considering this experience as a very important chapter in her political commitment.

It has been a privilege and a responsibility to lead the Socialist Party of Vlora as co-chair for 1 year and 3 months, thanks to the trust and opportunity given by the Chairman of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama.

A task that I have tried to perform with dedication, correctness and integrity, aware of the responsibility that comes with leading and representing such an important structure.

Today, as part of the final phase of the reorganization of the Socialist Party, I resign from the position of co-chair, paving the way for the democratic process of selecting new leaders of the Socialist Party of Vlora.

Thank you to every socialist, member, leader and collaborator for your support, trust and joint work during this period, encouraging me to give my best and contribute to a leadership model based on work, responsibility and respect for people.
